At TrendyHijab, we maintain strict quality control for our products. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing an order.
1. No Return Policy
We follow a No Return Policy. Once an order is delivered, it cannot be returned.
2. No Refund Policy
We also follow a No Refund Policy. Payments made for orders are non-refundable.
3. Exchange Policy (Only for Damaged Items)
Exchange is available only if you receive a defective or damaged product.
- You must record a full unpacking video when opening the package.
- The video must be continuous without any cuts or edits.
- The video must clearly show the package being opened and the damaged product.
- If the damage is verified, we will provide an exchange for the same product.
- Requests without an unpacking video will not be accepted.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- We deliver across All India.
- Shipping charges are extra on most products.
- Orders are dispatched within 2 days after placing the order.
- Estimated delivery time is 7–8 days depending on the delivery location.
5. Payment Policy
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
- All orders must be prepaid to confirm processing.
