1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2 days after successful payment confirmation.
2. Delivery Coverage
We provide All India delivery. Delivery availability may depend on courier service coverage in your area.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
After dispatch, orders are usually delivered within 7–8 days, depending on your location and courier partner.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are extra on most products and will be shown during checkout.
5. Payment Policy
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
- All orders must be prepaid before dispatch.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details may be shared with you via message or email depending on the courier service.
7. Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must record a complete unpacking video.
- The video must be continuous without any cuts.
- The damage must be clearly visible in the video.
- If verified, an exchange will be provided.

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct when placing the order. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect information.
