1. Orders & Payments
- All orders must be prepaid.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

- We deliver across All India.
- Shipping charges are extra on most products.
- Orders are dispatched within 2 days after placing the order.
- Estimated delivery time is approximately 7–8 days depending on location.
3. Return & Refund Policy

4. Exchange Policy
Exchange is only possible if the delivered product is defective or damaged.
- You must record a complete unpacking video when opening the package.
- The video must be continuous without cuts or edits.
- If the video clearly shows the defect or damage, an exchange will be provided.
- Without an unpacking video, exchange requests will not be accepted.
5. Product Information
We try our best to display product colors and images accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings.
