2. Orders & Payments
- All orders must be prepaid.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- We provide All India delivery.
- Shipping charges are extra on most products.
- Orders are dispatched within 2 days after order confirmation.
- Estimated delivery time is 7–8 days depending on location.
4. Return & Refund Policy

5. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only allowed if the product received is defective or damaged.
- You must record a complete unpacking video while opening the package.
- The video must be continuous without any cuts or edits.
- The defect or damage must be clearly visible in the video.
- If verified, we will provide an exchange for the same product.
- Requests without an unpacking video will not be accepted.

We try our best to display product colors and images accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings.
